Just fold your tens. We don't have odds to call for set most of the time we are dominated. Without nots I would continue only with QQ+.

As played I prefer check/calling one street on the flop. After you raise I would just fold. We are only ahead of AK and AQ.

Pre flop: you should fold when you get 3 bet from unknown player. To call for set mining you must have 20 times chips in your stack as raise size which you don't.
If you did decide to call you bring yourself in a very bad shape on flop. Yes you do have an over pair but since you play against unknown you don't know his range and if you are ahead or behind. You are behind all JJ+ pairs as well as sets but are ahead of all AJ+ hands as well as tptk. Overall if you received 3 bet pre flop many times you will be behind here so its an easy fold on this flop as well as fold pre flop on 3 bet.
