So PO shut down its poker site a long time ago, and became sportsbook.com. I haven't been able to play poker in a year because I was living in the USA.
I'm trying to get the money I had on playersonly.com out, but I can't find the email that they sent ages ago about the account migration.
I've tried my old username and pw to log in to sportsbook.com, but it doesn't work.
Can anyone remember what the process was?
Have you tried contacting their customer support? They should be able to solve this issue quick.
They were not very helpful...
I've tried again and will see what they come back with, but they don't appear too on the ball! haha
