Next goal is going under 90kg, which should be little more challenging that getting to two digits. It should be totally achievable during this year as 0,5kg per week would do that. Unless I injure myself I believe I will get there sooner as I am slowly getting back in decent physical shape. That will allow me to do more intense training, which burns calories even more.

Who knows, I might make a comeback to fighting in next year if I can get my weight down enough.

Funny thing is that people usually think that steaks are not for weight losers. But pork or sirloin steak is 125cal per 100g. Compare that to pasta, which is 150-175cal per medium portion.

The reason steaks are considered non-healthy is the fact that most people use a lot of oil or butter when cooking them. But with a good frying pan, you really don't need that. Just a small drop of olive oil and it's all good.

This is under 600cal. There is 300g of pork, and 300g of creamy garlic potatoes. With normal size of 150g of pork and 200g of potatoes, it would be just 350cal which is VERY low for that kind of food. I am sure that most people would say "you had WHAT?" if I told them that I am dropping weight, and had pork steaks and creamy garlic potatoes today.

And for those that are wondering, Big Mac has 530cal.

Stop talking about eating, as I am now talking about hamster.

I sent an email to breeder today, so if everything goes as planned I can start getting that gritter during the next week. Going to need a terrario, and lot's of cool stuff for him/her. I still don't know if I am brave enough to ask about the plastic skull from the breeder, she might think I am totally nuts and refuses to sell that hamster to me.

Hamster update: I ordered a lot of stuff for him, and I should get the delivery on Thursday or Friday. But it might go to next week, so I will have the furry little thing at the weekend or at the start of the next week.

Weight is going down, got 98,5kg today. I have now dropped almost 10kg from what I was during the summer. And I can really feel the difference when training. Today we sparred a lot and I haven't felt that good in ages. I totally got a new spark to train and do sparrings, one good goal for me would be fighting in -80kg weight class during 2013. That would be pretty sick, but still achievable. As my normal weight should be around 85kg.

Another day of awesome food! I mean, most weight losers wouldn't even dream about big tenderloin steak and potato wedges. But that's what I had today!

( I just realized that the steak looks a bit crappy in this pic. I can assure you it was VERY good looking, and cooking was just perfect!)

That steak is 170g, which is a little bigger than most restaurants have. The whole plate is 560cal. Same as in Big Mac. If someone really needs to be strict about calories, with 100g steak and little less potatoes and fried vegetables that meal would be under 400cal.

About the hamster, I have ordered a lot of stuff for him from Germany. I might get it at Friday, which means that I will get the furball at Saturday. Or then I will get the goods and furball at Monday. I can't wait, this has been a looooong process to get him!

They are sooooo cute!!!!!!!!!! We've got given just last week two guinea pigs. They are so so lovely! When I went to the pet shop to get stuff for them, they had some hamsters, degus and fancy rats...I can't believe I never thought of having rodents as pets...Please post a pic when you get it

Yeah, it looks like a pile of shit. If I can use the word here. It was perhaps one of the best steaks I have ever made, and it sucks that the pic is so bad. But I have just my iphone to take pics, and the camera sucks.

Maybe I need to make another tenderloin steak someday to get better pics :)

Hamster delayed. Post office is lazy and I didn't get my stuff for hamster today. So I can't bring to here yet. Funny thing is that I ordered the stuff at Sunday, and delivery time is 4-5 days. So if I get the stuff at Monday, I will try to bring the furry guy in at the same evening.

Here is a pic of a hamster that lives at PokerStrategy office. Meet Mr. Knuffi:

Next week we will have pics to compare!

Oh, forgot. Weight was 97,1kg today.

Life is good.

Got my hamster:

I even bought a tootbrush so I can brush it when it settles down. I also got a new job that I am very excited about. But I won't give any details before it is officially official.

This week is a killer week for me. I got few private coachings, a lot of fantasy football (BloodBowl) games which are usually played at North America times (meaning I have to wake up at 5am to play), we have parents meeting in our kindergarten, on Friday we have kindergarten employees evening and on Saturday we have taekwondo tournament and I have to wake up at 6am and drive a lot.

I am soooooooo waiting for Sunday.

P.S. My hamster doesn't have a name. He was supposed to be Ozzy, as I thought he would be a lot darker. But as he isn't, he needs a new name. Feel free to suggest.

The little thing is good in hiding. :f_love:

At least now he is eating the food I am giving, and I had to teach him how to use the water bottle. Yesterday I tried to take him to my hands, but that didn't go like in movies. He is one fast ****... I caught him and held in hands couple of times, but overall he looked so frightened that I didn't do that for long. I will continue in taming him later, when he comes out of his hut.

Here are some pics of his apartment:
