It usually take's a day or so then you will get them if I'm correct as I wondered the same with another room.

have you entered you're user name on the Home>Profile settings page?

Hi guys.

How long have you been playing at ladbrokes for?

It can take a couple days to update sometimes for a number of reasons it all depends on how quickly the poker room sends us the information of how much you have raked. If you are properly tracked though they will update probably by tomorrow at the latest

Regards
Carl

Hi again guys,

There is nothing wrong - we rely on the data to come from the Poker rooms and at the moment there is a few delays here and there.

Rest assured all points you have earned will be assigned to you once everything is back to normal.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Have a great weekend,
Gary
