Ps is not suing stars, they are suing the original owners of ft, they actually waited until the deal for players to get there money back was done before pursuing their claim, which I think was pretty decent of them.
They had also informed stars about their intentions to make a claim beforehand so I would say stars is probably ok with this (you dont bite the hand that feeds you). ♠_cool:
