meh its close. i think if he has any club hes calling any river size (apart from shove). so to get better price on your bluff i would just make it 400 on river.

i think stack set-up might make him a bit looser on hero-calling you, so be careful. (i think its fine to check back or bluff). your image is also important, if you had not been out of line HU go for the bluff.
