you should check it with ICM but without it I would most probably shove it here. Of course only thinking that I have some fold equity. If you know that BTN never folds then it's a fold.

But is bad player, so he will be raise calling a lot. K8o is too crappy hand to shove, cause against this guy u need just value hands.
Fold imo. You can still value shove hands like KQo or KTs imo vs this guy as he is super loose and bad + ur direct opponent, but keep in mind your FE pre is very reduced, so go for hands that crush his range, not blocker hands or SC, because u expect to have FE. Don't count on it much and go for pure value.
