HI,
i just instaled trial version of PT4.
I have 2 problems.
First problem : when i play i have red screen near the chips sayin : TRIAL please register. Can i remove that screen ?
Second problem : i play zoom. I click on Get hands while playing. And PT doesnt work and it says : Error: PokerStars: Encountered unexpected end of hand history. Can i somehow fix it ?
Not sure if it helps you, but in the Poker Room setting screen there is a button - use HUD in ZOOM or something. Maybe this will fix your problem. If you already tried that then I´m not sure what is the problem:( Mine works just fine even in ZOOM.
First problem: When you buy it that message goes away.
Second problem: In addition to what AYuraoA posted above make sure PokerStars is installed in English and saving hand histories in English.
The problem was in the language. I using another language on pokerstars. Thx a lot guys it works now
