SngWiz suggests there to push, I don`t agree with that. In game I made this fold vs unknown player. Was my fold correct?

Hi all,

Once the shortstack is all-in it is very difficult for us to bubble. With that in mind, I would be going broke against BB. Openshoving is an option if BB is quite crazy, because if CO folded this, you must fold!

Hello,

You shouldn't always listen to SNG wizard because it isn't a perfect program. I would fold here because there are two short stacks that will literally only last 2 orbits before busting.

I may be wrong and anyone can correct me on this but I'm sure this is +cEV but -$EV.

Thanks yes, this situation got me confused, I know it`s +cEV but -$EV.. and how its said, you should always aim for higher $EV.

But in this kind of case against this same player, if we meet next time on same conditions, should I play for -$EV?

Hi all,

No, just go all-in with your hands that are not strong enough to raise/call. Raise some hands that are not strong enough to go all-in with. Raise also your nut hands (bubblefactor in an 18man SNG isn't that big, so we can raise/call a slightly wider range. Here maybe QQ+ or thereabouts).

Don't start making -$EV raise/calls, it just costs you both money longterm.
