Not 100% sure as I'm by no means an expert on the subject, but I'd expect that very few people beat NL100 with >10BB/100.

get a bigger bankroll. you take shots way too early i suppose u are doing it with 30 BIs?
I don't think u should be playing so aggressively in 2012 unless you are absolutely sure u can crush the games.
Also would like to point out u are playing too tight in some spots. Not opening enough BUs and also given that you are playing a tight overall style (which is fine), you should perhaps be calling more 3bets.

Hey coach,
In the recent days I have been trying to actively watch at least 1 video every two days, also I read articles here and on 2+2. I definitely was not active enough at using hand evaluation services but I am now trying to fix that.
Nowadays I am playing 1k-1,5k hands / day.
Hey,
there's definitely room for improvement there then. The point is not to just read the material but to apply every single part of it. It doesn't matter how many videos you watch or how many articles you read, it matters how you apply them to your game and fix your leaks.
I'll make a video on the subject soon, I'll link it here afterwards :).

I don't know how old you are, or if you`re working right now or not. But you might have thought about poker as the only source of income way too quickly, i highly recommend getting alternative sources of income, it will help a ton with your mindset... it will let you focus way more on playing good poker and becoming better then trying to print money, negative results will affect you less... you`ll make less mistakes and you`re going to lose less and get faster out of a downswing.
I wish you all the best.

Taking on to much new information can be counter-productive. Imagine someone trying to teach you how to drive car and do all your maneouvers in an hour and then see if you could pass your test.
I would break it down, maybe do something like an 80/20 split of your time. Think about where you want to improve - pre-flop or post-flop, which parts of your game are your worst?
Maybe start to evaluate your own game over different areas and draw up a line from your C game all the way up to your A game. I'm doing this just now and it's reallly helping me notice what I do badly (when I play my C game) and what I do well (when I play my A game). If you don't know when you are playing one or the other you have no starting point from which to improve.
Buy - The Mental Game of Poker or get the free audio off Jared's site. Pay particular attention to the Adult Learning Model, Inchworm, and the Process Model (and implemenmt this) - see my thread below for more on what I have been doing and join in.
All of you, thanks for any input.
I have decided that it could possibly be a good idea to start a blog about getting myself out of this slump.
Check it out from time to time if you want: Out of the hole.
appreciate the link for the EVplusplus, that is pretty neat.
I agree with moving down for a bit to get your confidence back. or possibly mixing in a couple tables of a lower stake with your normal tables?
100 buyin rule bra like mbl said its 2012. From the info you posted Id say its likely your around 90% a -1bb to +1bb get used to these downswings and worse
