FLOP ($2.40) 4♥ 4♣ Q♠

SB checks, Hero checks

TURN ($2.40) 4♥ 4♣ Q♠ 6♣

SB checks, Hero checks

RIVER ($2.40) 4♥ 4♣ Q♠ 6♣ 4♦

SB bets $2.40, Hero folds

SB wins $2.28

73/31/1.3, fcbet 58, AF river 2.7, 153 hands

This flop would be good to cbet. But I did not because - I almost always have the best hand and this fit fold would still not fold his PP I think on such board. So I only can make fold AJ, AK - not much hands, especialy AK could 3bet preflop.

Turn does not change much.

River is the problem - now he see weakness 3rd time, so he might bet his air and rep FH or whatever, he should believe that he has ton of FE once I checked 3 times.

Standard CB in this spot. It's good when he folds random 76 or something.

Yeah OTR I probably call :P

with 76 he has 26% eq vs me on flop. So if we have better hand anyway and we are not getting call from worse, is it really worth to bet. We should not bet only for protection, especially when he has such low equity.

76s has 25%-ish like you said but almost ANY card is bad for you so you making him fold 25% equity of a wide range it's fine to value bet.

Checking is not bad imo but I think cbetting as a default will be +EV against people that play fit or fold. If you bet you actually realize your own 25% equity with overs to middle pairs (bet flop, check turn = 2 cards for one bet with FE) while if you check you see a bet from then with less than 25% against his range.
