Hi guys, my name is Takis and I'm 21 years old.

At the moment I'm playing NL4 but hopefully I will move up to NL10 in the next few days. My only goal is to move up the limits without making any withdraw until I reach the stakes where I can make some good money. I have huge leaks in my game and I believe that a coaching could have a huge impact in my game. I'm willing to put as much effort as possible to become a good winning poker player.

Ty

Hi,

My names Zac and I used to be a winning NL5/NL10 player but then I hit a downswing and/or changed something in my game without noticing and no longer am.

I think coaching could be very beneficial for me to get back on the right track, and figure out...

what's going on

Hi, I'm from UK, currently spending Christmas abroad

I've been a PS member for some time, went SSS to BSS FR and recently I decided I wanted to become fully knowledgeable about the game of SH and move up to midstakes where I would like to grind full-time. (and learn HU in the future so I don't have to leave tables ever) At the moment however, I'm only on NL16.

To achieve my objective I've been trying to read as much as possible, play and also write a book for myself. I also have regular conversations with my best skype friends. I may have been 'studying' more than playing.

Here is the first contents page of my book. (Forgive the flowers, its a notepad given to me as a gift);

I am trying to improve my theory in all aspects of NL to build a full knowledge of the game as well improve my own mental game skill and am trying to map poker out as being a small business for myself.

I am finding it relatively difficult to translate everything from theory into practice but that will take time I guess. Any help will be welcome I have much to improve in all aspects of my game but If I had to pick one area I'm weak in it would either be facing "unexpected" aggression from opponents (check/raises or donks) or making check/raises myself. Second area I feel I'm weak is 3bet/4bet pots.

Yours, Mark!

Hi!

NL10 SH.
Well, I never had any coaching, so would be fun and useful. I would do my ritual dance +one of your choosing in a webcam if I'd win, to show my gratitude.

I can see there are people who might be much more interesting than me, but i hope you will find my candidacy worth considering :)

I am 26 year old student/part time employee in a bank who lives in Riga, Latvia (however, i am Lithuanian - long story). Fluent in English and Russian (in case a coach might be from Russian community). Started playing some 5-6 years a go in small home games (2-3 time per month), satyed in the green most of time. Started playing online this summer. Have around 100K hands in cash games:
70K in Party poker full ring NL10 - bad experience, overall result -4BB/100. Collected bonus allowed me to breakeven at the end :(
Did a month brake, studied, read articles. Now have ~30K hands on NL4 on Unibet SH. It is -1.2 BB/100, but rakeback allows me to brake even.

I would like to believe I have potential to become rather decent poker player, just lack some self-contol, insight, push to the right direction and lately self confidence is rather shaky, therefore results aren't that great.

Goal for 2012 was to move back to NL 10, but it seems it won' happen :) Postponed this goal for 2013 first half and i guess this coaching session might bring this goal much closer to reality. Long long term plan is just to keep moving forward as my main driver is not money, but rather to improve my analytic skills and decision making. Thats all for my side and i wish you all merry Christmas and Happy new year :) Take care and see you at the tables :)
