The only suggestion I can make really is that you go right back to basic, basic stuff. Obviously you analyse your database as well but get the play back to very very simple, even fit/fold and hand charts if you must. It's what I did and I certainly took some time to get my little brain around not trying to 'play poker' for a while. I was a nit but it worked for me.
If you can perhaps you could get someone to take a look at your db for you.
Veriz said to me if all the lines are going down your playing it wrong. Maybe not your case but certainly mine.

This is what I was thinking as well.
And you know the +5BI day I was doing that. I wasn't a nit, but just cut out all the crap and all the fancy plays etc. But yesterday was just 
KK<99 AI pre,
Straight ran into straight flush,
QQ ran into AA pre,
you know what I'm talking about. But thats all standard, the bad thing is that I start playing bad because of that crap...
Bleh No poker for me today. Just relax, study, read some golden compass

Well I usually bounce back, but not this time. I haven't had a winning month since the beginning of August. Lost more then half my BR I think since that. So I'm still on nl10. Yes that was a nl10 day.

I see your point Ras, was just saying that myself at some point started making calculations in my head of how much BB/100 I "spend" on smoking and didn't like the result ♦. Obv it's not gonna make a difference if you quit, cause there's always stupid crap to waste your money on. And ofc once we reach NL1000 it's gonna be just change so :f_biggrin:.

Perhaps not, but when involved so deeply in an environment, you start to evaluate everything in the context of that environment.
