Hi Daisuke,

Preflop: I'm assuming you are bluffing here? I don't like 3-bet bluffing versus a fishy guy and I'd rather expend my value range until we know that he can fold to 3-bets.

Postflop: As played why not bet that river? Since we checked turn back we have a decent chance to get called by medium pairs although there are some Ax that he may check 3 streets with. I wouldn't bet more than 1/2 pot.

What would you do if he bet 1/2 pot?

yes,I bluffed preflop to make my 3BET % highter .
but I think its the reason why my profits goes up and down a lot.

if I get half pot bet on the river? I would call.
if he pots bet,I would fold.

So if we call that 1/2 pot bet why can't we make one 1/2 pot bet ourselves?

I don't like the preflop 3-bet bluff because we are bluffing a fish. And you know what fish don't like doing? Folding a lot versus raises :)
