I was about to ask the same thing, actually.
The lowest buy-in I can find is 60 yankistanis.
Playing micro in FTP is so much easier than PS >.<

Sometimes the pokerstars restart its tourney server. It is normally some hours, and after everything work as fine as before. Don't worry about it guys.
