i was thinking about laying down, becuz he is so passiv, but the sample size is much to small (??)

why should i have 3bet more??
i think the size is ok (we wont lay down this hand... we commit ourself to the pot [even with that smallish raise], the opponent gets good odds, but that doesnt mean anyhting, because if he calls, we would push the turn no matter what card (because of the committment)

just a suspiciously small raise size. you certainly wouldn't raise small on a moderately drawy board.
That said, seeing as he minraised you, you can also click it back (min-re-raise) to keep the initiative ;).
What'd he have btw? 88?

but that would give infinite pot odds to any draw.. 3x raise is best imo
