Well you can't rep having a hand after 3 betting preflop and you have the bottom of your range if you do cbet so it's probably a check/fold.

Anyone who plays back at you will have you beat and anyone who plays back at you with a spade draw has you in trouble.

You did say that the 3-bet preflop was probably marginal, but let's think more about it. Why 3-bet out of position with an inferior hand? Your hand is in the top 17%, which is worse than the original raiser's 15% (and given that he has only 100 hands, you can't be sure he's not tighter.) Furthermore, your hand needs help from the flop; 3-betting in position is one thing, but 3-betting out of position is another, because of exactly what happened on the flop. There's also a catastrophe that can happen before the flop, where you can wind up heads up out of position if the original raiser folds, which is exactly what happened preflop. Now you're out of position heads up with an implied odds hand, and if the flop gives you no help then even a monkey could outplay you from the button with any four cards, which is presumably exactly what happened.

I think most Omaha players are a little too much in love with single suited rundowns in 6-max. I don't think a 3-bet with them buys you deception, because many players 3-bet with almost every rundown they get.
