Preflop:
Push. We are going to put our self in to nasty situations post flop with a raise.
Flop:
Just fold. Villain is donking big. We got very small fold equity. He is rarely bet/folding here. Mostly he got some jack or a queen. Its better to give up.

if we have a loose villain especially in the SB and he completes then we should push all-in with this hand at this blind level.
We can't call this big bet since we'll be pot committed anyways. He is rarely bet-folding as parodiq stated so I believe the best course of action is to push preflop.
I would have gone for it but it really depends on how risk averse you are.

Pre shove possible yeah, but i still like raise to 150 too. Flop is tricky, i almost want to go broke here, in another hand opponent seems too passive according his small sample. In this spot i am willing to risk more, cause we have the smallest stack. We cant be just waiting too long. IMO both ways possible postflop.
