Preflop is fine.

Flop is clear value bet.

I would bet the turn also. J:c is not a great card, but QK, QT, TT, TJ, may all call a bet.

I think your river fold is ok. Villain is unlikely to be bluffing since he called flop OOP - there are no pure bluffs he can really have. Sometimes villain could bet KQ, but I think Jx and worse are more likely to check especially when flush river arrives.
