Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A♦, Q♥

River: ($0.75 - 37.50 bb) T♦ (2 Players)

I was wondering about my bet sizing. Is this fine? Or maybe less on river, putting him on a missed draw...

Hi DonRoops,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: We shouldn't bet so small on this flop that's a bit wet and OOP. I'd make it at least 2/3 pot. If villain is fishy I'd bet closer to pot.

Turn brings more flush draws so I would continue betting larger and on the river there's no need to underbet unless you are planning to induce a raise from a draw. You want to maximize value from his 1p hands which will call a lot more !
