Yes, our StrategyPoints work a day or two behind in most cases. Sometimes it can be longer but that is exceptional more than the rule 
As you've already got Bronze status your account is definitely tracked to us and you should see yourself earning StrategyPoints very very soon!

It's been a tense couple of days, I started with $30 ($20 deposit + $10 bonus), I dropped to around $21 playing 2NL.. to be honest so many fishes there and they call like anything.. which can be a disadvantage to me because I tend to bluff sometimes. After I hit $21 I decided to go to 5NL (is that what it's called? 0.02/0.04 BB) and played good now I actually gained $9.40 and am above $30 for the FIRST time! ♦ 2NL is TERRIBLE for some reason.
I have another question, if I get 1 Points770 (Poker 770 points), do I get 1 point on pokerstrategy or what?

Congratulations, this opens up a lot of new material to you! A move to 4NL is not a good idea even if you did manage to book a win. You are asking for serious trouble! Did you read about Bankroll Management anywhere on our site?
You should definitely stick with NL2 for now as there is a lot less risk of going bust than their would be at NL4!
Variance is HUGE in poker and if you under estimate it then you will definitely go broke!

Well it's a little different but you have the general idea
At Poker770 for every $1 rake you generate you earn around 22 Poker770 points. For this same $1 rake you also earn 5 StrategyPoints!
Poker770 points can be used on their poker client for bonuses/tournament tickets etc whilst your StrategyPoints count to your status on PokerStrategy.com

Basically, I was at $31 this morning (Up $10 yesterday) and I played with $1 at 2NL, basically playing with my profits.. and then I made $13.58! ♦

Having Holdem Manager or PokerTracker 4 isn't that important at the micros. In fact, I think it serves as a distraction - especially to new players.
For now I would be content on learning, learning and guess what... more learning! Tracking software and Heads up displays can wait for now. Get the basics down, play your cards and not a bunch of statistics and win. It is that simple!
