@tomzyb
I am glad you wrote it on my blog ♦ Yesterday I was pretty scary about it but today I woke up with a huge smile on my face. I knew what is going to happen. After I’ll write down my goals and prepare breakfast I’ll start session review. I like it very much. I see my improvement and I see what I should improve. It is something I like to do and something I ought to do.
I’ll balance my life in different way I’ve thought. Poker isn’t a problem nor martial arts or gym. The problem with unbalance life is when I spend too much time on 9gag or facebook or other sites like that. I’ll just stop doing those things and I’ll hang out with someone or do something that make me feel happy. I need to spend less time on PC but poker is not a problem, problem is wasting my time doing nothing. Checking email thirty times a day or doing something stupid as that.
To sum it up. I’ll change few things but I won’t change poker. I’ve been playing 4 hours today and I think soon I can start playing 5 hours a day. It is something that make me smile when I wake up.
@Yersh
Very thoughtful post about Dusty. I’ll read rest of your blog pretty soon. I think it’s something like people who say: “intelligent people aren’t happy, they are depressed” like being unhappy make them more intelligent than otherwise. Just huge bullshit. He didn’t eat well, he didn’t realx and this is what had happen.

Ok I wasn’t happiest man alive. I was swearing a bit but I was calm. I was just in a mod when I say something like: “oh I have AA I’ll iso to 6bb and lose stack against 72o” (btw when I’ve said this guy called my iso and the board was 773 I was really afraid but he folded against cbet. I was so happy because I won with aces ♦ I am realy glad I did pretty well because today was hard day.
Combo from two days:
1) Just fold AK / QQ vs cold 4bet from unk in best case you have 40%, usually you have 20%
2) On uNL people rarely stack light, remember about math and 3b
3) 3 bet pot overpair facing x/r ? Fold this shit without any reads
4) Even 88 vs 20% range is flipping just fold anything vs fish except 99/TT otherwise you make variation higher
5) More value bets vs fish, esp on the river
6) When you face raise on monoboard and you have ace just fold, there are no implied odds on 4 suited boards + if he has Flash you have 16%
7) Bet xb bet is value bet line TPWK or something like that
8) Search reason to fold
9) Vs fish search reson for bet and thik vs what kind of range you want to bet against
10) Xb w/ draw in multiway pot you don’t have FE
11) Fold vs 3bets OOP remember about math
12) Vs short stack there is lees FE because they like to push
13) Flat w/ AK QQ vs UTG MP
14) If UTG xb and there is A on the T just x/c w/ Ax he represend ace and usually can bet on Ax
15) Blinds CC 3b usually have strong range
16) Fold everything vs 3b OOP if hand is strong enough 4b/c if not just fold
The most important lesson from 22.02.2013 is:
You rather calling too much than folding too much. So if you don’t know what to do just fold.
Today I find out I gained 1 cm in biceps so I have 36cm right now. I am pretty glad because I am slimmer and I still gain muscle. I find out something delicious, oh my good protein shake with cocoa, this is so fucking delicious that tomorrow I’ll go to the gym in the morning to eat it again ♦
