Did the straight crossed your mind? I mean 100bb deep you have to call.

you can consider betting the turn about half pot for value from straight draws and overcards.

when you hit the full house on the turn and he bet/raises, he could bet raise a straight, 2p, trip 2s or slowplayed overpairs.

against that range i think you definitely have a call, the only hands that beat you here are quad 2s and TT for a higher full house and i think he rarely has that

PF: Good raise for value

Flop: Good bet to fold out overcards like random Ax, Kx. Can get value from pairs, some 8x & GS like QJ. J9 straight draw is not likely as you have two 9s.

Turn: I think you can bet again maybe around $0.40 and then get a free showdown on e River.

River: It's a definite call here. You only lose to quad 2s & TT full house but he will probably raise pre-flop w TTs. So many worse hands you can beat like worse set 88s, trip 2s, 2ps like T9, T8, 98, & rivered straight QJ.
