I've recently restored my system and Installed HEM2 but I'm enocunting problems I've never had before.

Install went fine.

Loading up and i get a message saying that an Admin needs to Authorize Permission to runt he program at least once. I've never had this before?
So I click Authorize.

I then get this Page.

I click "OK"and I'm told that a License wasn't found and that HM will now Exit.

Hi dude, did you try reset your license?

I think this might be your problem. Good Luck :)

After this easy step, u will get an e-mail from the HM team moderator, and u will able activate your license. Hajranyek

I done the Reset Profiles, but get the same problem.

I'm not to sure how that's going to solve the problem though?

I still get the exact same problems when trying to load up HM2.

How can it say that a Valid License cannot be found when I've not even got into the part to put my code? >.<

That is for HM1 btw, but I tried the following anyway.

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

When I do #1, HM crashes. So I've Deleted the file and I've also deleted C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager2.lic

I'm back to where I was. HM2 loads up, but as described in OP.

I've used HM2 on this Laptop before with no problems before, the system has the exact same setup too.

Get their customer support involved.
They're fantastic with stuff like this.

I've decided to try a re-install but got the same problem.

I'm following the FAQ again, but when I click the Reset my profiles I get the email saying it's worked but the "?" still says that one of my licenses is in use.

Finished the FAQ and now going to try and open HM2.

Still get the exact same issue as my first post.

:(

We probably need to take a look at your system. Please send us the log file and link to this thread to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
