I think you played this hand very well, after SB limps a raise to 250 or 300 are both fine. with the plan of probably cbetting some dry boards and check/folding some boards, and going for hard value when we hit.
when we flop top pair vs a 46/13 my plan is just max value. I like half pot on the flop, give him a chance to call with some really weak hands like gutters, obviously if he raises we're just getting it in.
on the turn 600 is fine, i might even go a bit bigger to really get value out of hands that are now a 1 pair hand with a heart which a 46/13 just isnt going to fold, hands like 67 with a heart are not folding for example. I don't think he has a flush very often at all, most people are pretty happy to get in flushdraws on the flop, even fish so like he isnt going to have a flush heavy range on the turn much. if you think he really wont fold a 1 pair plus heart hand you could even make an argument for jamming turn, ive been snapped off by hands like 22 with a heart and hands like this in similar spots. but i wouldnt often take that betsize and opt for a size similar to yours to set up a river shove.
pretty clear check/fold on the river, he isnt going to fold a heart to a bet so turning your hand into a bluff is pointless and he's just going to check down all none-flush hands. pretty confident if he bets the river he has you beat. if he managed to double float the 45o and bluff river then well done to him. I like how you played this hand.
