yes it helped a lot not only that i´m loosing focus that often and that my thoughts dont wonder of that often it also helped actually doing things which i thought of during a session but then forgot again. like calling my father :-)

indeed i found that a big part of the problem is that i go on tilt in spots where im not sure. my pf game is still not so solid. like especially im defendending too less from co vs 3b. for other situations i found quite a bit in the blogs and now see that in those spots i dont mind anymore. so well i hope the semeniar of constructing pf ranges will fix the rest. but what i really find it very helpful to look at things more in detail and ask questions . what excactly why and so. makes a whole new picture
