River? Should I go for thin value, or just checkback? If I bet, is this size wrong, cause I rep what I have, and expose myself to a bluff chRaise?

Hi,

I'd call river. I expect him to either check/raise his flushdraws on the flop or bet them on the river. Your hand is 100% face up on the river when you choose this sizing so I expect him to turn a lot of stuff into bluffs. So if you bet like this you should probably call river.

So my options should look like:

- checkback
- bet/fold at least 17-18$ which doesnt look too weak
- bet smallish like I did, and be prepared to call a possible bluff which this could induce

Which one would you choose in this spot? Is there even value in betting with normal size? If not, maybe inducing is the best option, and checkback the safest...

I'd just bet a normal amount, but I'd also bluff a lot in these spots, so hopefully I'll get a little less credit.

Inducing can be fine, and checkback can also be OK (if you don't think he's gonna hero-call a bet and won't get induced). But usually I'd bet normal.

What about b/f Turn?

If he bets the River like 16$, clear fold?

b/f turn is whatever, he prob has a decent amount of flushes so don't really think we're printing money, but it's not terrible either. I think checking back is alright though.

Probably calling river if he donks, yeah he can have flushes, but I would presume he also plays JT, and perhaps even a few more hands (AT/AJ/J9?) like this as well, so we prob have enough for a call. Depends on his sizing on the river I guess, if he bets too big I think we might be able to find a fold, but versus a normal or small bet I think we gotta click the middle one.
