This decision should be based on a few things

1) how often villain has 22/33
2) how often villain has draws
3) whether villain plays AQ in this manner

I would like to point out that I'm never folding AQ here but KQ is a slightly tougher hand here.

1. I think he has this really often. He's 3way closing the action and he's 150bb effective vs you.
2. I think his speculative range is pretty wide here for the same reasons. It's great that we dont have diamond blockers.
3. This is much less likely IMO especially cos of 3way dynamic and stack depth, but still possible.
4. One more point - You need to be cóncerned about CO having a set or AQ too.

I think i'm folding here, ít was close but presence of CO having something here ~20-30% of the time makes me wanna fold.
