pref: i raised my AK from CO and only BB called.

flop: 6h,8h,9c. i bet he called.

turn: 5h.

Is this a bet against pasiv opponents who will not bluff to get value from worse aces?

If you have that read on him that he's passive, never bluffs and will call with worse Aces then that's the best play

Generally though on these 4-straight, 3-flush board there's not a lot of value in an A-High. If you think you can easily bet for showdown and fold to a raise rather than inducing a bluff on a brick river then that is probably your best option in a sucky situation.

Against a passive i don'T mind bet/folding either as you're ahead against plenty of hands lke QT QJ JT KT AT A2 A3 KQ KJ etc so it's fine to charge him the maximum for his draw if you intended to call the river anyways. Against passive opponents it's very often the prefered line to play b/f Turn.
