Your preflop 3bet is quite small here... I would go for 1.60. You are also deep so you can argue for making it even 1.80-2 with your whole range but 1.60 (8bb vs a 2bb open) is good.

On the flop I would usually not cbet. That board hits his range a lot. You don't get much FE but you also are likely to get raised and can't play well with your hand against a raise. That said, you have midpair and OESD so betting will still be +EV.

On the turn, continuing to get value is good, your opponent shows he has some sort of showdown value once he calls flop imo.

On the river I would go for a value bet as well. After you get called twice it's very likely he has some sort of showdown value hand. There are not many hands that can bluff but a hand like AJ can be tempted to call. I would bet very small though, betting big will scare off most his one pair hands and Qx preflop calls.
