He shows weakness by limping and his stats, although it's a tiny sample size, indicate that he might be completing here with a wide variety of hands. Most of the time we are just picking up his dead money. QTo plays well here and you have position. Raising is good here and I would be willing to do it with a lot of hands that flop good.
In these spots I tend to size it a bit smaller than 4x bb. Pot is small and you have position so sizing it 80-120 is all fine.
