Hi D,

If he has better than AK he would usually bet the turn. His hand is likely to be QQ, KQ, TT so if you think you can get called by that, vbet the river.

river bet size is 40%~ half pot size?

Hmmm... Yeah, that sizing should be fine.. QQ and Kx should call that quite often, while TT is unlikely to call any bet...
