Hi.

Preflop: Who is BB? Often I would just 3b here, not because 99 is a great hand for bluffing or that I can go for thin value, but simply because it's the better alternative as compared to calling and getting another call from BB or getting squeezed out of the hand. Calling is better if BB is tight or overly aggro (then you can backraise 99 here)

Flop: I don't like leading the Flop with 2nd pair here. I would just c/c

Turn: No reason to lead the Turn again - He's never folding TX or draws and he'll just fold worse hands mostly.
