playing zoom, not too much info - villain is 37/23 over 48 hands. opened 100% of buttons so far but only 3 hands so no sample. cbet the flop only 33% which i thought was quite low even over this sample. so given all that plus the fact that it's a minraise i just flatted OOP with 98s; BB is an unknown so probably passive enough not to sqz. also 98s isnt terrible to flat anyway but JTs/T9s is normally the borderline for me.
so i flop a FD + BDSD. think its ok to checkraise here, but i just wanted to check. from experience people will not fold a FD, 99,TT,JJ, Qx or an overpair to a checkraise here. dont think there's too much FE so i quite like the idea of having at least a gutshot to do it with. if i were IP i normally wouldnt bluff raise with a FD cos i think it plays too well on later streets but since im OOP here i'd rather just generate some FE, have some turns to barrel and also build a pot for when i hit my flush.
i expect a fair amount of folds on the turn despite not having much FE otf so i plan to barrel most turns... but this is a new area for me - i used to checkraise and shut down on the turn which was leaking money. not 100% about barrelling after checkraising.
