Hero mucks Q♣ Q♥ (One Pair, Queens) (Pre 82%, Flop 12%, Turn 5%)
BB wins $26.32

First of all I would like to point out that I played the hand horribly and this particular villain likes to raise the flop a lot out of position. Thoughts on the hand? Can I shove the river as a bluff? (The turn is definitely a fold that was just me spewing).

Hi Ganimator,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Since villain likes to raise a lot OOP why are we not 3-betting for value?

As played I think river should be a fold and I wouldn't go bluffing against him there where the draws come in.
