When making video's how bout just one table so people are understanding which hand ur talking about specific n the volume is a bit naff on them too...

I mean there should be some content on this, and examples of how to exploit their tendencies etc. and especially how to NOT be exploited.

This is quitte ambarrasing 
but does any one know how to record a session? because I have never done something like this before 
Download camtasia. You get a 30 day free trial. Read their guide if you have problems, but it's pretty easy.
got an good session for the review. Where do I have too upload it too and what for format do you want it in?
i need to buy a microphone so I probably won't be able to record until next week as I'm away all weekend, stores are closed now, and tomorrow night is well friday night and i has a social life :P.
is that ok ?
also, how long should it be ?
