I crushed thigns for more than 300$ it's more than 1 hour with him. Was playing vs stupid fucktards who had 60-80% 3b 30 hands + and lost 3 stacks vs top of their range. I broke 3rd keyboard....

Have you read his book? I would try this first before taking coachings. I am also working my ass through it and can only recommend it. Maybe you should analyze these "fucktards" and see what annoys you and then copy some of it for your own game, and get other regs become tilted ♦

Yeah I read his first book 2 times and second one, one time. I am doing it once again. I thought he’s coaching cost 150 $ for 30 min but it seems it’s only for some ppl. First hour is 450$ so I’ll work on my own with his book.
I wish I could coppy that when I 3bet someone 60% of the time I have top of my range all the time. And when I am donking into someone I happen to hit GS. And stack him off with overpair. Unfortunately I can’t coppy those things. Anyway I took some moves from recreational players, those who tilts me most and I use it to regs.
Since Thursday I have life downswing. Everything screw up. I thought maybe I’ll have more luck in poker. Maybe I win some money and feel better. Nothing can be farther from the truth. Had some coolers and bad beats. Maybe I’ll play some more poker latter on but I want to make sure that I did everything for today and I can don’t give a fuck about anything:
Yesterday they told us they don’t make Mai Thai trening because there isn’t enough ppl. Today I somehow broke key and I’ll have new one at Monday. I can’t go out from apartment... I also have glass at carpet and until Monday they don’t give me vacuum so I need to watch out where I am walking…. Anyway I dealt with worse things in my life so I’ll deal with this life downswing as well.

Good luck with going through your life "downswing", you already achieved and went through lot of things, so I don´t think it is going to be problem for you to overcome another issues. You will stand up even stronger, than you are now

For imageshack's alternative, have you already heard about Gyazo ? It's weird to say, but Gyazo is really wonderful to take screenshots. You just click on it on the taskbar, then you select the zone you want to screen, and 1 second later, the screen is uploaded here : 
If you think you're in a "life downswing", it's probably not the best to keep playing poker, as the downswing will continue there as well.

Ok guys, yesterday I didn’t gave the answer because I was a bit depressed today I am just drunk and pretty happy so I can write an answers. Thanks a lot for support!! It means a lot for me. It’s easier to stand up one more time. I got great support on this blog so I’ll share with you gus one thing that I won’t share on different blogs, even on Polish one. One of reasons for life downswing was chick that I care about (mostly I don’t care about chicks too much, but I care about her) It’s funny that I was dating hotter chicks, I talk on the street with hotter chick but I still prefer her. Don’t know why I just want her, she’s still hot for me, but not like superhot, anyway she makes me act like shy boy and she makes my heart bumping faster , I feel much more emotions with her than with most chicks. I just don’t know, how she do it. I put her on push or fold situation and she said fold so I left her. After a week she send me text message and long story short, today we were drinking wine together. I am curious how it will end. So I am much better after today.

Thanks dude! It’s kind of funny because I have wallpaper: “the only easy day was yesterday”. I had this wallpaper on tougher moments of my life and it always makes me smile when I turn on my PC next day and I read: “The only easy day was yesterday” I always thought “Fuck you xD” So yeah it definitely makes me stronger. Yeah I thought about Gordon tilt free and I am re watching it. Anyway even though I am tilting I playing rather solid so it’s only emotional tension.

I am glad you like my blog. Yes I do live in Warsaw. This chick was tanking a bit (3 sms until she gave me the answer) now she rebuy. I am kind of curious about future because she uses men. Actually I was in Budapest (Hungary) and women there was fucking awesome. They were as hot as in Poland but they were wearing businnes style clothes. Everywhere was high heels and mini shirt

Only thing I was hiting today was regs. Almost non recreational players, only exception was few evil geniuses who took my stack and run away. Best of them was guy who took my 3 stacks. He has fold to cbet 17% and bet vs missed bet 100% after 200 hands. His WTS was 30% I even don't know it was big or not because he has all the time two pair / trips / made flush. I would destroy few things because of him but friend have pretty nice trickt to tilt less. He's doing push ups when he's angry. Today I was doing them until my face hit the flor. It's pretty nice idea will practice it for a while. At matrial arts I am always late ( I can be 3 min late or 33 min ealier) and they give me 50 push ups as a bonus so I get used to it but still it can be nice idea.
Haha nice idea about the pushups man! I'm gonna try that out when i get tilted. You could also buy some grippers and squeeze them tight as fuck when you are angry. Having good grip in the gym is really good!
Think about it this way, even if you had some unluck you made a few bucks. Rome wasen't built in one day and every winning session is a good session!
