Flop: ($1.85) Q J 7 (3 players)

Spoiler

$27.63 pot ($1.17 rake)
Final Board: Q J 7 A K
MP showed 7 J T T and won $26.46 ($13.57 net)

Is this a bad bluff attempt ?
I know the UTG does not have the straight after he checks into two opponents
And I am convinced the MP does not have it too

I like the bluff OTT but I would give up once the K hits... Cause it makes it a lot more likely for the MP to have a str8 himself, he "only" needs to have a T and any 9,J,Q,K or A.

Hi,

Usually helps if you have some blocker.
But since he would fold his two pair hands and you have no showdown value I like your bluff. I would only make it 8$ to get folds everything besides straights

best regards,

Preflop I would just fold.

Rest of the hand is fine. I think your bet sizing is also acceptable on the river. Villain can't call without a straight since you potted the turn. A smaller bet suggests you want a call so they will usually be able to throw away a set here.
