Not a fan of the 3-bet I'm afraid - I think a call is definitely better. Against one of the tighter guys who is opening under the gun, almost all of his range is going to be ahead of you (and there is quite a large proportion AAxx). I'd limit yourself to 3-betting for value at NL2 - no need to be betting lower rundowns for deception.

Your hand plays pretty well against AAxx so I think a call is correct when you get 4-bet, I don't hate a fold either if you want to lower your variance (and taking into account the massive rake).

On the flop it's a clear call - you need something like 25% equity and you've got 40% vs AAxx (which he almost always has):

The one statistic you failed to mention which is the most important one is villain's fold to 3 bet percentage.

If he is never folding then I don't like the 3 bet because you don't have an edge against his UTG range. Obviously there is nothing else you can do once you get 4 bet.
