I think UTG has to fold here unless he can be absolutely 100% certain both opponents have aces.

9c 5c 9s 5s 39.82%
AA 30.10%
AA 30.08%

Look at the difference between that, and if one of the two opponents is a fish overplaying something like KK

9c 5c 9s 5s 29.71%
AA 45.47%
KK 24.83%

So to answer your question it all comes down to reads.
