Spoiler

I dont know why he doesnt have full stack, but he is reg.

Given the board texture raising seems fine, right? Once he comes over the top really big what options do we have?

Hi gAsheks,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: You always have to ask yourself why are you raising. In this case it would be for value (I'm assuming) so the next question is: what do you get value from?

So what hands were you hoping you would get value from IP?

If you say he is reg (I assume good one) Than you likely should fold. U can beat only AA, KT, QT and KJ,QJ. Lil question is does he think you are reg or fish. If he think you'r fish and he cold bet 2p or AK like that. :/ If he wouldn't be reg I would call. :/

Yes, i raised for value. Board might get ugly very fast. But i wasnt expecting such a huuuuge raise from him, thats why i get confused a bit.

He is opening quite a bit in UTG so he isnt kinda total nit.

He should 3bet really strong hands, like sets, flopped straight. Dont see many 2p hands, except KQ.

Youre suggesting me to simply call his cbet??

I didnt said that im counting him as a good reg. Most likely standard one.

How is this board getting ugly fast? There are only really 8 cards you fear much + another 4 at most.

You generally raise because you can get value not because it's scary.

In the spots you are in I doubt you get much value from a raise and when he 3-bets you it gets really ugly. Clearly we are rarely ahead, if at all. Best case we hope to split.
