Turn: so he's betting on the flop almost pot size and now ~1/2. i have sd hand but it looks like he's got bet sizing tell so i went for it. he's never strong in this spot maybe if he's inducing but he doesn't have so much hands on me + he's multitabling so i assume he plays straightforwardly. raise size might be too big. if he calls stack sizes are not great but i would shove - overbet is prob fine if river is no :spade:, a, 9
