Hi. I'm cbetting 1/2 pot on the flop, because I don't mind floats as my hand is weak and there's not much worse that calls. His flop calling range might look like this + some Ax floats

Board: 2♠4♣9♦
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP3    60.28%  59.84%   0.45% { 7h7c }
SB     39.72%  39.27%   0.45% { JJ-22, A5s-A2s, 64s+, 54s, A5o-A2o }

My question is about the turn play. Even if he calls his whole range, he will be ahead 57% of the time. So even betting small to achieve 0 FE isn't good. So should this be a check back on the turn?

Hi,

His range on the turn is wider than you think. Any Ax would call so that's many hands. Sometimes random overcards also can call and he's a fish so we can go for value bigger ontthe turn.

Thanks

What if a 6 came on the turn, would it change anything? Do you think Ax are still calling?

Hi,

If it was a 6 then less Ax are calling. But his range is so wide he could have 2x 3x 4x 5x 6x that would still call so we can still bet turn for value. Against someone tighter we can probably check back.

Thanks
