Ok on the flop standard cbet, the flop is dry excluding the 2♠s
Because they check/called on the flop, checked the turn, and check again on the river it makes me think they were on a FD or some PP. Anyway, a bet here would make those hands fold, a Tx is almost impossible because who'd be so dumb to wait for bet on the river when the turn was checked? And because I raised pf, i can represent a K here too.
