Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: You can cbet larger vs a potential nit/fish.

Overbets from tight fish are to be taken a bit more seriously imo unless you have some reads that he's tilted or you've seen him slowplay big hands.

However, it doesn't make sense for him to min raise and then shove. It's almost like first he wants to keep you in and then he wants you to fold. So I'd be inclined to bluffcatch.
