Preflop: given he is shorter and we are OOP I don't like raising a hand like this. It makes our life really hard postflop.

Postflop: As played you have 0 info. Fish raise TP on the flop and the board is pretty bad and can only get worse for us.

So yes, I'd say it's a pretty spewy bluffcatch.
