Would u have 3-betting-range in this spot? if yes how would it look like? I'm a little bit short but I still like flatting my whole range. How do u like my play pre and the raise otf?

flatting everything is a good strategy imo.

flop is a bit weird to raise. if you are a NIT reg and you get raised on this flop what hands are you continuing with? I am for sure dumping JJ. So by raising, you get no value from worse IMO. I would just continue to flat and evaluate the turn. not planning on folding on blanks. by flatting turn you can make your hand look much weaker, like a A9 or QJs and you can induce him to barrel his AK/AQ or think a hand like JJ is good.
