It definitely is still in effect.
On the PokerStrategy.com home page, you should see a list of affiliated poker rooms near the bottom centre.
Above that is a line like:
Total Points SP BP
The BP will be a multiple of 10.
Those are the 10 points you got on the days when you made more than 1 SP
So if it says 60 you achieved 1 strategy point or higher on 6 days.
To the left of some rooms is an arrow.
If you click the arrow, you can see how many points you made on each day.
At the VERY bottom is a "room" called "PokerStrategy.com". If you click THAT arrow, you will see which days you got your 10 pts bonus.
