Lately I've been having problems with this type of hands. I fell I'm not getting as much as I should out of them, especially if I'm out of position. Usually it's played like this hand: I check, he bets, I call, on turn I check again, he checks back, I bet river, he folds. If I bet flop, I usually get a fold.
