You checked turn to him.. so if you raise now he might get suspicious enough to call (he could also have a hand, too).
If you check again, you're giving him an opportunity to get off the hand with impunity.

Bet bigger on the flop and c/r turn.. standard operating procedure with monsters. You just hope he also has some sort of a hand... by trapping you usually don't get a lot more than by playing straightforwardly.

You should bet around 1.5 - 1.75 on the flop. Check turn is fine, but after villain bets you have to raise him.
As played bet 2/3 - 3/4 pot on the river.

I´d just bet turn. Since BU called on the flop, then he probably has smt and his wtsd is very high (46%), so he might call your bet again on the turn.
If you checked to him, then better is c/r, altough he might fold then alot of hands.
River: I´d lead out 6$. BU would call that bet with any pair, but he might check back a lot of hands.
